Residential renovation involves hundreds of individual decisions, suppliers, trades, deliveries and dependencies. Our project management service exists to bring those elements together.

N&K provides an experienced point of coordination throughout the project, working closely with the client, design team, contractors, specialist trades and suppliers to maintain continuity between the design intent and its execution.

Our involvement is tailored to the individual project and agreed scope. It may begin during the design phase, continue throughout construction and procurement, and extend through installation, snagging and completion.

Whilst it was a relatively small job, all trades were involved which meant the process was complicated, but excellently managed by Natalie and Kelly. Finishing detail was incredible as always and team were polite and patient (especially with my young son who loved to asked lots of questions - mostly "why").
